Who we are
StoreSpark AI is operated by Pamela Akello Oduori (sole trader), acting as the data controller for the personal information described below.
What we collect and why
We collect: (a) account data — your email address and authentication identifiers, used to create and secure your account; (b) content data — the product descriptions, brand info and preferences you submit, plus the AI outputs we generate, used to provide the service and let you revisit results in your history; (c) usage and device data — basic logs, IP address and browser info, used for security, fraud prevention and product improvement; (d) support data — any messages you send us. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our AI provider (used solely to generate the content you request), and Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payments, billing, tax and invoicing on our behalf. We may also share data with professional advisers or with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party models.
Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed for the purposes above or required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to portability, and to withdraw consent. You can delete generations from your history at any time. To exercise any other right or delete your account, contact us using the email tied to your account. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and cookies
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your data. We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to run the service.
