How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the receipt from your purchase, or contact us via the email associated with your StoreSpark AI account and we'll help you get it sorted.
After the refund window
After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
